•  Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, the final deliverables (including source code for Apps/Plugins and final UI/UX designs) shall be the property of the Client, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
• Service Provider Ownership: eduaksi.com retains ownership of any pre-existing code, tools, frameworks, or "know-how" used during the project. We grant the Client a non-exclusive license to use these elements as part of the final deliverable.
• Portfolio Rights: Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed, eduaksi.com reserves the right to display the completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing:

• Accurate project requirements and feedback in a timely manner.
• Necessary assets (logos, images, content) that do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
• Access to necessary servers or hosting environments for Software Updates or App Development.

4. Payment Terms

• Projects are billed according to the agreed-upon quotation.
• For long-term services like Software Update maintenance, payments are typically billed on a recurring basis.
• We reserve the right to suspend services or halt development if payments are overdue.

5. Limitation of Liability

eduaksi.com strives for perfection, but we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software/designs.
• Security breaches or data loss caused by third-party hosting or external factors.
• Performance issues in Plugins or Apps caused by third-party platform updates (e.g., OS updates or browser changes) after the project delivery.

6. Service Level & Updates

For Software Update services, we aim to provide patches and improvements within the timeframe specified in your service plan. While we ensure high-quality standards, we do not guarantee that our software will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
